We currently do not allow cancellations of immediate orders. However, we try our best to accommodate cancellation requests if they are fairly ahead of the delivery time. Please reach out to our customer care in such cases.

In case of a refund, you will be notified upon successful initiation of the refund via phone or e­mail and the money will be credited to you within the next 5 working days. If all or part of a product is defective, we will credit you an amount equivalent to the value of the defective item towards a future purchase, including any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in refusing the defective Item. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of confirmation. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order may already be in processing.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please raise a return request within 15 minutes of delivery.
Ensure the product is unused and reported immediately with clear images showing the defect.

Important Notes:
Requests made after the mentioned timeframes will not be entertained.
All returns are subject to verification and approval.
Refunds or return will be processed only after the item is received and inspected.
If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 5 business days
The orders will be delivered within 30-45  minutes after confirmation
